Evening Snacks: Know How To Prepare Hariyali Kebab With Pineapple And Mint Chutney

Methode To Prepare:

Hariyali Kebab

Grate boiled potatoes and paneer. In a bowl mix the two and add chopped green chillies.

Take a thick-bottomed pan. Heat oil, and sauté the French beans, spinach, and beans.

Add roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala and mix. Remove from heat and add it to the potato and paneer mixture. Add salt and mix well.

Divide into two equal portions. Shape into a ball and flatten. Sprinkle cornflour and keep aside.

Method To Prepare:

Pineapple chutney

Marinate pineapple cubes with all the other ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.

Place on a baking tray and roast at 1600C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and blend.

Place in a serving bowl.

Method To Prepare:

Mint Chutney

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a serving bowl.

Note: While blending you can add 2 ice cubes to retain the fresh green colour.
