Summer Drinks: Know How To Prepare Mustard Mystery Cocktail

Prepare Mustard Infused Gin: Combine yellow mustard and brown mustard in equal parts. Add to gin and let infuse for 24 hours. Strain before use.

Clarify Watermelon Water: Juice fresh watermelon and strain to remove pulp.

Heat the juice and add agar agar to help clarify. Once the mixture sets, filter to get clear watermelon water.

Make Citric Acid Solution: Dissolve citric acid in water to make a 10% solution.

Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine 60ml of mustard infused gin, 20ml of Moroccan rose tart, 60ml of clarified watermelon water, and 5ml of citric acid solution.

Add a few ice cubes and shake well.

Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of watermelon or a small sprig of rose petals for an elegant touch.
