Know How To Prepare Dhaniya Panjiri Prashad
The things required are shown as above
In a frying pan, add finely chopped coriander and fry until aromatic.
Grind the coriander and fry the powder, you can also fry whole coriander, then grinding it.
Cut Makhana into 4 pieces, add the remaining ghee to the pan, fry the Makhana, and set aside. Crush the fried Makhana using a rolling pin.
Finely chop cashew nuts and almonds.
Combine the fried coriander powder, crushed Makhana, grated coconut, Bhura (sugar), and chopped dry fruits in a bowl.
The Dhaniya Panjiri is now ready to serve.
Offer the Panjiri to Lord Krishna and then enjoy the prashad.
