Heat desi ghee and fry the almonds, paneer, and coconut chips until golden in color.
In a pan, bring water to a boil and add sugar, spice powder, saffron, and rose petals, cooking until it reaches a syrupy consistency.
Add the fried almonds, paneer, soaked dates, and raisins, mixing thoroughly until the sugar syrup reduces to a coating consistency.
Serve warm.
