Know How To Prepare Almond Grilled Burfee
To prepare this dish, the following ingredients are required.
1. Khoya
2. Sugar substitute
3. Almonds crushed and roasted
1. Grate the khoya and set it aside. In a pan, heat the khoya, add 40g of sugar-free sweetener, and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat and mix in the roasted and crushed almonds.
3. Quickly transfer the mixture to individual serving dishes, sprinkle with the remaining sugar-free sweetener, and place the dishes in a preheated oven at 200°C with top heat only until the sugar caramelises.
4. Remove and serve immediately.
