Chocolate Day 2024: How To Make Passion Milk Chocolate Bon Bon

Ingredients required:

Procedure: Melt the cocoa butter in microwave and add yellow colour to it. With your index finger colour the shells with cocoa butter mix.

Melt the chocolate measured for shells in microwave and let it cool down to 30 degrees temperature.

Meanwhile, boil the fresh cream and add chopped milk chocolate.

After coming to luke warm temperature, add the passion fruit and blend it. Store in refrigerator.

Pour the melted chocolate, tap on cloth and remove the excess chocolate. Make a thin shell.

Add the filling after the shell is set.

Again cover it with melted chocolate.
