Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Water, Grated Coconut, Jaggery, Ghee, Cardamom Powder, Chocolate Chips, Cream, Vanilla Essence

Prepare The Dough:

Boil 1 cup water with a pinch of salt, then gradually add 1 cup rice flour, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture pulls away from the sides, then cool and knead the dough.

2. Prepare The Filling:

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon cream in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and let cool slightly.

3. Grease Hands:

Lightly grease your hands with ghee to handle the dough easily.

4. Shape Dough:

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it into a disc about 2 inches in diameter.

5. Add Filling:

Place a spoonful of the chocolate filling in the center of the dough disc.

6. Seal Modak:

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal. Shape into a small cone or use a modak mold.
