Who is Bikram Singh Majithia and why will his troubles seem to increase?

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal seeked an apology from Bikram Singh Majithia via a letter over drug allegations. Now, Bikram's troubles in same drug accusations seem to increase.
As per STF report, further investigation is recommended on basis of enough evidence. The report has not issued a clean chit to him too
