Pak army, ISI's conspiracy exposed, Afghan terrorists spotted in Kashmir

As per information, Afghan terrorists were spotted in Jammu and Kashmir. The information also exposes the conspiracy of Pakistani Army and ISI. They had a meeting in which they had asked terrorists to go for suicide attacks in the valley. Security has hence been beefed up and the agencies have put the local security forces on alet too. 
Earlier, three men, who were outsiders, were shot dead. They had come to do business post abrogation of article 370
