J&K: Terrorists kill 2 non-Kashmiris Civilians; Omar Abdullah & Mehbooba Mufti calls it Govt & Army's failure

On Saturday, terrorists took the lives of two non-Kashmiri civilians.  Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti condoled the death of non-Kashmiris but also called it a failure of the government and security forces. However, the security forces claim that the terrorists have been identified and they will be brought to their end soon.
