Delhi violence: Viral video raises question over police's role

A viral video has surfaced that shows five men being brutally beaten up by police personnel and chanting the national anthem even as they lie injured on the street. The video is claimed to be of February 23 when violent clashes broke out in parts of North East Delhi. It is also claimed that one of those 5 men died as they didn't receive treatment on time.
