Delhi returns to normalcy but police remains vigilant

After violent clashes that led to death of at least 42 people in Delhi, normalcy has returned to the national capital with markets opening and locals coming out of their houses. However, Delhi police personnel and paramilitary forces are still deployed in high numbers in the areas where violence took place.
