Master Stroke: Bareilly youth clings to BDO's car bonnet for four kilometers

The video of a youth clinging to the bonnet of the vehicle of Ramnagar block development office (BDO) is being widely shared on social media. The youth was clinging to the vehicle's bonnet for about four kilometers.
villagers who were awaiting second instalment of budget for construction of toilets went to complain at the office of BDO Pankaj Kumar Gautam. However, a youth, Braj Pal, tried to stop the car of BDO but as the official did not stop his vehicle, the youth held the bonnet and kept hanging on it. The BDO stopped the car only after driving for four kilometres.
