Kill those who looted Kashmir: Satyapal Malik to terrorists

"These boys who have picked up guns are killing their own people, they are killing PSOs (personal security officer) and SPOs (special police officers). Why are you killing them? Kill those who have looted the wealth of Kashmir. Have you killed any of them?" Mr Malik said, speaking at an event in Kargil.

Satya Pal Malik is the current Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, appointed by President Ram Nath Kovind on 21 August 2018. He was the former Governor of Bihar, his tenure starting on 30 September 2017. On 21 March 2018 he was also given the additional charge to serve as Governor of Odisha up to 28 May 2018.
