Kasauli Murder: Accused Vijay is a government employee

After assistant town and country planner was shot dead by a hotel owner on Tuesday, a video has surfaced where the officer and the accused can be seen together.
In the video, the accused hotel owner Vijay Kumar is arguing to Shailbala "hand me if you want to", to this Shailbala says "this is not my order this is Supreme Court's order. Do not take this otherwise."
On Tuesday, the hotel owner, Vijay Kumar opened fire on the demolition team. Assistant Town and Country Planner, Shailbala, was killed on the spot and Gulab Singh severely injured when the owner of Narayani guest house.
Police also announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for anyone who provides information about the absconding accused.
SC on Wednesday criticized the state government for not providing adequate protection to the team and said the matter should be placed before the CJI. SC also requested CJI to list the matter for consideration tomorrow.
On April 17, the Supreme Court had directed the state government to demolish unauthorised structures in 13 hotels in Kasauli and Dharampur areas of Solan.
