Is PM Modi sending Rs 15 lakh to Beed farmers?

Farmers of Maharashtra's Beed are receiving money in their bank accounts. Few of them have received Rs 500, Rs 1000 and many have got Rs 1500 in their bank accounts. People thought that it must be a part of some government scheme but then realised that even those farmers were getting money who did not own any land. 
It is being said that this money may be a part of PM Modi's promised Rs 15 lakh
