Ghanti Bajao: Sting operation of illegal charges by RTO in Maharashtra

RTO offices in Maharashtra charge illegally from the truck drivers. These truck drivers pay Rs 700 in order to get a receipt and if they do not have the receipt then they are challaned as well. All this has been happening in Maharashtra.
