ABP News is in villages of India these days. We reached Ranchi where women were asked if they saw hope in Rahul Gandhi's masterstroke of giving Rs 72000 per year. 

A day after Rahul Gandhi’s promise of implementing his “groundbreaking” minimum income guarantee scheme if voted to power, the party sought to clarify that the scheme was women-centric and the minimum amount would be transferred in the bank accounts of the female members of beneficiary families.
