Delhi: Bike-borne snatchers snatched cell phone of a Metropolitan Magistrate

Delhi: Bike-borne snatchers snatched the cell phone of a Metropolitan Magistrate last night in Kamla Nagar. He had gone for a dinner with his family at a restaurant, and was receiving a phone call when his cell phone was snatched.
