Breaking: Doordarshan crew attacked by Naxals in Dantewada

A TV crew of public service broadcaster Doordarshan came under the attack of Naxalites in Aranpur area of Dantewada. A cameraman is said to have been killed by the ultras. The attack comes three days after four personnel of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed and two injured after Naxals blew up a bullet-proof bunker (BPB) vehicle in Bijapur district.
The state goes to polls in two phases on November 12 and November 20.
