Amit Shah attacks opposition, asks 'doesn't Assam have basic human rights'?

Amit Shah was speaking Rajya Sabha when there was an uproar against his speech. He said that Modi government implemented NRC as they had the guts and the earlier governments did not. At this, opposition started protesting. After that he said in a Press Conference that none of the Indians have been excluded from the list. He attacked opposition and said that what about Assam? Don't they have human rights?
