The clamshell-type Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldable is likely to come with a bigger cover display compared to last year's Galaxy Z Flip 4, which comes with a 1.9-inch outer display. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 would compete with other clamshell-type devices such as the newly launched Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Oppo Find N2 Flip.
