New Delhi: Heroic performances from Suryakumar Yadav (64) and Prasidh Krishna (4/12) powered the Indian cricket team to a superb win in India-West Indies 2nd ODI at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With this win, India have now taken an unbeaten 2-0 lead in the three-match series with one game to spare.

After a superb fifty from Yadav helped India post a respectable 237/9, Prasidh Krishna emerged as the pick of Indian bowlers as he returned with dream figures of (4 wickets for 12 runs) to leave Windies lineup reeling, bowling them out for just 193.

The series win against West Indies has helped team India make a phenomenal comeback after 3-0 series whitewash against South Africa.

In regular skipper Kieron Pollard's absence, West Indies were led by Nicholas Pooran, who won the toss and elected to bowl.  Team India could score 237 runs after playing 50 overs for the loss of 9 wickets.

Kl Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav played hard-fought knocks of 49 and 64, respectively, to help India post a respectable first innings total after none of the other Indian batters delivered with the bat.
