Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022 Day 2 Live: Hello and welcome to the Commonwealth Games 2022! As the games were officially declared during the Opening Ceremony on July 28th, the CWG 2022 is in action on Day 2.
India's Sanket Sargar won a silver medal in the 55 kg weightlifting competition on the second day of the Commonwealth Games 2022. Sanket lifted a total of 248kg with a clear jerk of 135kg, while Malaysia's Anik lifted 249kg with a 142kg clear jerk to claim gold medal.
