Kejriwal is expected to submit his resignation to Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena soon. According to party insiders, the names of Delhi ministers Atishi, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gahlot, and Saurabh Bharadwaj are being considered as top contenders.
