Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tablespoon Honey
- 4 Tablespoon Golden Syrup or Corn Syrup
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Water
Main Procedure
Step 1
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
Step 2
Take a heavy bottomed saucepan and mix sugar, honey, golden syrup, and water together. Stir everything gently and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves properly.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to boil without stirring until the mixture reaches a golden colour.
Step 4
Once done, remove it from heat quickly and whisk in baking soda. Doing this will turn the mixture into a foamy and airy texture.
Step 5
Pour the foamy mixture onto the lined baking tray. Let it spread naturally and cool it in room temperature.
Step 6
Once its set and hardened, break the honeycomb into the bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
