Dessert Valentine's Day 2025 Recipes: Know How To Prepare Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Ingredients
- 1.25 Cup Self-Rising Flour
- 3 Piece Eggs
- 0.5 Cup Soft Butter
- 0.5 Cup Corn Syrup
- 0.25 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 100 Gram (For Sauce) Milk Chocolate Roughly Chopped
- 0.5 Cup Condensed Milk
- 4 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
Main Procedure
Preheat the oven at 150º C. In a mixer grinder jar, crack the eggs, then add butter and corn syrup. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl.
Gradually shift in the flour and cocoa powder, gently folding them into the mixture until well combined.
Prepare the ramekin molds by greasing them with butter and lightly dusting them with flour to prevent sticking.
Pour 1/2 cup of water into a baking tray. Fill the greased ramekins with the chocolate mixture, then place them on the tray. Cover each ramekin securely with aluminum foil.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours. Once done, remove the tray from the oven and allow the pudding to cool to room temperature.
For the chocolate sauce, melt chocolate in a kadai for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Transfer this into another bowl, add condensed milk and mix well. Add cream and mix till smooth.
Remove the aluminum foil, transfer the pudding on a serving plate, pour the prepared sauce on top and serve immediately.
