  • 120 Gram Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 200 Gram Ripe Mango (peeled and sliced thin)
  • 100 Gram Rocket Lettuce (arugula)
  • 10 Milliliter Olive Oil (for garnish)
  • 5 Gram Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 80 Gram For the Tomato Sauce: Peeled Tomatoes
  • 40 Gram Tomato Puree
  • 100 Milliliter Olive Oil
  • 10 Gram Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 5 Gram Leek (chopped)
  • 5 Gram Celery (chopped)
  • 30 Gram Garlic (chopped or minced)

Main Procedure

Step 1

Prepare the Tomato Sauce: In a blender, combine peeled tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, basil, leek, and celery. Blend into a smooth, aromatic sauce. Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and simmer the blended sauce for 5–7 minutes to enhance the flavors. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2
