Non Vegetarian Diet Know How To Make Perfectly Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Kilogram Chicken (drumsticks or thighs)
- 2 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
Main Procedure
Marinate The Chicken: Take a bowl and place all the chicken pieces in it. Pour buttermilk over it and add salt and pepper. Let it marinated in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Prepare The Breading Mixture: Take another bowl and add in flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Coat The Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken and coat it thoroughly with the flour mix. Dip the chicken back into the buttermilk and recoat it with flour.
Heat The Oil: Take a deep pan and heat vegetable oil in it for frying.
Frying: Carefully place the chicken pieces in the pan and fry in batches. Cook each piece for about 12-15 minutes and wait for the pieces to turn golden brown.
Drain And Serve: Remove the chicken from the oil and dab with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve it hot with your favourite dips or sauces.
