  • 0.5 Cup Warm Milk
  • 4 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Main Procedure

Step 1

Prepare The Dough: Take a large bowl and combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to activate. Add flour, butter, eggs, and salt.

Step 2

Mix everything together till a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes and cover with a damp cloth. Leave it and let it rise for about 1 hour.

Step 3

Take another bowl and mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set it aside.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into large rectangles. Spread butter over the dough and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll it tightly and cut into even pieces.

Step 5

Place the rolls in a greased pan and let it rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 6

While the cinnamon rolls bake, take another small bowl and whisk together powdered sugar and vanilla extract with a bit of milk to prepare a glaze.

Step 7

Drizzle the glaze over the warm and baked cinnamon rolls. Serve them with the glaze and enjoy.
