Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Piece Egg
  • 5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Main Procedure

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Take a cake pan and lightly grease it with butter.

Take a medium bowl and add all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix it well.

Take another bowl and combine together butter and sugar. Mix it well till the mixture becomes fluffy.

Once baked, allow the cake to cool down for about 10 minutes. Cut it into slices and serve.
