Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 0.5 Cup Carrot (grated)
  • 0.5 Cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 Cup Beans (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 Cup Onion (small, finely chopped)
  • 3 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 3 Piece Green Chilli
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • Spring Roll Wrappers
  • Salt

Main Procedure

Step 1

Take a pan and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot, add in onion, ginger, and garlic. After about a minute, add in green chillies and all the chopped vegetables.

Step 2

Stir fry the vegetables properly for about 7 minutes. Once done, add in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix it well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove it from heat and let it cool.

Step 3

Take a spring toll wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mix towards to corner of the wrap. Fold it to the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edges using a little water.

Step 4

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the spring rolls in hot oil in batches and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.

Step 5

Remove spring rolls from the frying pan and place on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.

Step 6

Serve the crispy veg spring rolls hot along with a sauce of your choice.
