- 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 Piece Egg
- Salt
- Water

Main Procedure
Wash and clean the chicken drumettes or wings and then pat them dry.
Take a bowl and mix together red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, garam masala, and salt.
Add in the chicken pieces in the bowl. Coat them properly and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
Take another bowl and mix cornflour, all purpose flour, egg, and a little water to form a batter. Make sure that the batter is thick.
Once marinated, dip each chicken lollipop into the batter and coat them evenly.
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add in the lollipops in batches and deep fry them till they are crispy and golden brown.
Take the lollipops out of the pan and pat them with a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Serve them hot with a spicy sauce or chutney.
