Chinese Prepare Restaurant Style Chilli Garlic Noodles At Home

Ingredients
- 300 Gram Hakka Noodles
- 2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Garlic
- 1 Piece Onion
- 1 Piece Green Chili
- 1 Piece Carrot
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 0.5 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 0.5 Piece Red Bell Pepper
- 0.5 Piece Green Capsicum
- Spring Onion Whites
- 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Green Chili Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- Spring Onion Greens
- Water
- Salt To Taste
Main Procedure
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the hakka noodles until 90%done.
Drain the noodles and toss them with a little oil to prevent sticking. Set them aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute finely chopped garlic, onion, and green chilli until aromatic.
Add vegetable such as carrots, shredded cabbage, and diced yellow, red, and green bell peppers, along with spring onion whites.
Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, and a sprinkle of pepper powder.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything well. Stir fry for about 10 minutes until well combined.
Taste the noodles and adjust the salt as needed.
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion greens.
Serve the hot and flavourful chilli garlic noodles.
