  • 4 Piece Potato
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika Powder

Main Procedure

Step 1

Peel And Cut The Potatoes: Peel all the potatoes first and cut them into thin stripes. Rinse them properly under cold water to remove the excess starch.

Step 2

Soaking: Take a bowl of water and soak the potato strips in it for a while. This step will help the potato stripes crisp up even more while frying. After soaking, drain the potatoes and pat them dry properly with a towel. Make sure to remove all the excess water before frying.

Preheat The Oil: Take a large frying pan and heat up little oil in it.

Frying: Add the potato strips to the hot oil in small batches. Fry them for about 5-7 minutes and wait for them to turn crispy and golden brown.

Drain And Season: Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. While the fries are still hot, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or your preferred seasonings.
