Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's directive follows heavy downpours in Punjab and neighboring Himachal Pradesh, aiming to address flood concerns.Educational Institutions Close In Himachal Pradesh: Heavy overnight rains trigger landslides in Himachal Pradesh, causing fatalities, blocking roads, and damaging houses. Migrant Jhalo and wife Rajkumari found dead in a makeshift Baldeyan house.
