After Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded his speech, the Lok Sabha was adjourned Sine Die.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned the Hathras Stampede incident in Parliament during his speech. He said that the authorities are inspecting the incident. PM Modi also expressed condolences.
In continuation of his attacks on the Congress party, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in Lok Sabha that the grand old party has not rewarded big leaders of the country including Dr BR Ambedkar, and Jagjivan Ram. Quoting lines from a book (he did not mention the name) Prime Minister Modi said that then-PM Indira Gandhi once said: "Jagjivan Ram should not be made the Prime Minister of the country at any cost".
Slamming Rahul Gandhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said: "The courage of these people for spreading lies has risen to an extent that yesterday he (Rahul Gandhi) lied about Agniveer scheme in Parliament. He has insulted the brave soldiers of this country. I urge you, Lok Sabha Speaker, that please take this matter very seriously. In order to safeguard the sanctity of this House, we must take action. We cannot ignore such actions and steps by considering this type of thought process as 'immature'".
In a sharp critique, Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi. He said that these days a "new" way of gaining sympathy has emerged, taking an example, PM Modi said, "Kal yahan balak buddhi ka vilaap chal raha tha. He (Rahul Gandhi) stated that he was being targetted, but he did not say that he has been booked under major allegations. Balak Buddhi apni seemayein nahi dekhte, lekin sadan mein baith ke aankhe maarte hain. The entire country has been saying, 'Tumse na ho paayega'."
Launching a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said: "Wherever the Congress party has fought in alliance with another party it has destroyed that party. The Congress party, which has ruled over the Country for 6 decades, have been practising the politics of appeasement. They have tried to divide the country on the basis of language. Congress has committed sin. They have openly framed narratives to make two communities fight with each other".

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said: "The entire ecosystem of the Congress party is please a 'baccha'. Ab us baaalak buddhi ko kaun samjhaye tumne fail hone ka world record bana diya hai".
Prime Minster Narendra Modi during his address in the Lok Sabha said that it would have been better if the Congress party had accepted the mandate of the people and introspected. "Accha hota agar Congress janta ke faisle ko maanti. Ye Congress ke itihas mein sabse kharab pradarshan hai. Teesri baar Congress 100 ka ankanda bhi paar nahi par paayi," PM Modi said.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla reprimanded the Opposition for storming into the well. He said: "Leader of Opposition and the Opposition parties, you all were given enough time to speak. This way of causing disruption is incorrect. I request you to be seated at your places".
PM Modi said, "There was a time in Jammu and Kashmir when stones were pelted on our army men. Those who danced with the Constitution over their heads were quiet. Now, the people of Jammu and Kashmir vote in large numbers. The trust in our government by the people of this country has been the driving force for our government, the government of development"
PM Modi said, "The country has blessed us for our zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. Today India's credibility has increased across the world...The sole aim of our every policy, every decision, every action has been India first".
Opposition caused major ruckus in Lok Sabha amid Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address. With "Nyaya Do, Nyaya Do; Tanashahi nahi chalegi" slogans bein chanted, the Opposition parties interrupted the PM's address. However, Prime Minister Modi continued with his speech.

BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj moved a notice under Direction 115 in Lok Sabha over LoP Rahul Gandhi's speech. She said, "LoP Rahul Gandhi made several inaccurate statements in his speech yesterday."
The notice states, "The abovementioned statements made by LoP in the Lok Sabha are factually incorrect and misleading in nature and hence appropriate proceedings ought to be initiated as provided under Rule 115. I therefore pray that you kindly take cognizance of the deliberate inaccuracies made by Rahul Gandhi and take necessary action."
Delhi: Speaking on the Ayodhya Election result, Samajwadi Party MP Akhilesh Yadav says, "... The victory of Ayodhya is the democratic victory of the mature voter of India."
Speaking in Lok Sabha, Samajwadi Party MP Akhilesh Yadav said, "We are in favour of caste census…We can never accept the Agniveer scheme. When the INDIA alliance comes to power, the Agniveer scheme will be scrapped....Legal guarantee of MSP on crops has not be implemented. Horticulture crops should also be given MSP..."
In Lok Sabha, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav slammed the BJP-led government and asked why paper leaks happening. Speaking on the paper leaks issue in Lok Sabha, Samajwadi Party MP Akhilesh Yadav says," Why are paper leaks happening? The truth is that this is being done by the government so that it doesn’t have to give jobs to youth." He also said that his party will always fight against the use of EVMs and he has no trust in them.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to address the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) parliamentary party meeting on Tuesday, in what will be his first speech to the MPs of the ruling bloc during the first session of Parliament since he assumed office for a third term.
Though Modi in the past has addressed the NDA MPs on a few occasions, especially when he was elected as their leader ahead of all his three terms, he generally speaks at the meetings of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs during sessions.
All members of Parliament of the BJP and its allies have been notified about Tuesday's meeting and asked to attend it, news agency PTI reported, citing sources.
Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi took a swipe at the ruling BJP in the Lok Sabha on Monday, saying those who call themselves Hindus are engaged in "violence and hate" round the clock, drawing massive protests from the members of the treasury benches, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserting that calling the entire Hindu society violent is a serious matter.
Gandhi, however, retorted that he was speaking about the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The BJP, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) or Modi are not the entire Hindu society, he added.
The Congress leader held up a picture of Lord Shiva and said his message is about fearlessness and non-violence. He also cited the teachings of other religions to make a similar point.
"All religions and all our great men talk about non-violence and fearlessness, but those who call themselves Hindus only talk about violence, hatred and falsehood.... Aap Hindu ho hi nahi (You are not Hindus)," he said.
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday took a potshot at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement that the last 10 years of his rule was just a trailer and 'picture abhi baaki hai', saying the third term of NDA has seen exam paper leaks, terror attack in J&K, train accident, airport canopy collapse, bridges cave-ins and toll tax hike.
The Leader of Opposition also criticised the Prime Minister for his poll speeches and also levelled allegations against the ruling BJP's ideological parent RSS, but most of his remarks were expunged by Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar.
The Congress on Monday accused the BJP of distorting Rahul Gandhi's speech in the Lok Sabha to allege that he insulted Hindus, saying the ruling party will not be able to sell falsehoods and will have to answer on issues such as medical entrance exam NEET and Agniveer.
Congress' media and publicity department head Pawan Khera said two-thirds of Hindus had voted against the BJP and asserted they are Hindus but know that "you are not Hindu," as reported by PTI. Khera played out the video of Gandhi from his speech in the Lok Sabha in which he accused the BJP of spreading hatred and violence.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to respond on Tuesday evening to the debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President's address, PTI reported, citing sources. The 16-hour debate in Lok Sabha commenced this morning, with the House set to sit till late Monday night.
The debate is likely to conclude on Tuesday evening, following which Modi would respond, the sources said. The debate on the Motion of Thanks could not begin on Friday due to repeated disruptions caused by the opposition over the NEET exam paper leak issue.

The BJP-led NDA secured a third consecutive term in office following the recent Lok Sabha elections, winning 240 seats, a decrease from its 2019 tally of 303. The Congress party won 99 seats, while the NDA as a whole secured 293 seats against the opposition I.N.D.I.A bloc's 234.
On Monday, the Lok Sabha witnessed a major uproar over remarks made by Rahul Gandhi, leading to accusations from the BJP of insulting the Hindu community. Prime Minister Modi and Union Minister Amit Shah criticised Gandhi, demanding an apology for his remarks.
