This victory, amid a high voter turnout of 67.13%, hinged on targeted welfare schemes like the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rozgar Yojana (MMRY) programme, providing Rs 10,000 annually to 21 lakh women in one batch, alongside bicycle distributions
