The federal agency had previously questioned Soren on January 20 and subsequently issued a fresh summons.High Court Likely to Hear AAP Plea For Fresh Mayoral Polls in ChandigarhThe Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday, seeking to overturn the results of the mayoral polls in Chandigarh. The AAP is demanding fresh elections under the supervision of a retired High Court judge.This development comes in the wake of the BJP's success in the Chandigarh mayoral polls, where it retained all three posts. The Congress-AAP alliance alleges tampering with ballot papers by the presiding officer. The petition filed by AAP councillor Kuldeep Kumar, the mayoral candidate, targets the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation and the Chandigarh UT administration, among others.
