Delhi Assembly Session Today, Likely To Discuss CBI Summons To Kejriwal:
The Delhi government has called a special session of the assembly for Monday, and it is expected to discuss in the House the CBI's notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case.
According to an official notification, the second part of the Budget Session will begin at 11 am on Monday in the Assembly Hall.
The CBI summoned Kejriwal to its headquarters at 11 a.m. on Sunday to question him about the now-cancelled excise policy. He has been called as a witness by the agency and is not a suspect in the case in which his former deputy Manish Sisodia was arrested on February 26 by the CBI. The AAP has alleged that the party is being targeted for raising its voice against corruption.
Varanasi All Set To Host G20 Events From Monday:
