Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann To Participate In 'Tiranga Yatra', Launch Haryana Poll Campaign
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will participate in a "Tiranga Yatra" in Haryana's Jind district on Thursday. AAP's Haryana unit chief Sushil Kumar Gupta said the event is part of the party's campaigning for the assembly elections in Haryana slated for next year.
Gupta, who is a Rajya Sabha MP, said people of the state are looking for a "badlav" (change), which will come through the 'Tiranga Yatra'. The AAP is the only viable alternative in the state, he added.
Haryana's all 10 Lok Sabha seats were won by the BJP in 2019. On the 'Tiranga Yatra', he said it will start from Jind, which is considered as nerve centre of Haryana's politics.
Gupta alleged that corruption has flourished in the state under the BJP-JJP government. It is not a "gathbandhan" but a "thug bandhan", he alleged.
The "corrupt regime" will be ousted in the next year's assembly polls in Haryana, Gutpa said.
RBI's MPC Policy Rate Decision On Thursday

Expectations are that the central bank will keep the benchmark interest rates unchanged at 6.5 per cent on the back of easing retail inflation and the need to push economic growth, PTI reported.
After the last MPC meeting in April, the RBI paused its rate hike cycle and stayed with the 6.5 per cent repo rate. Prior to that the central bank had cumulatively hiked the repo rate by 250 basis points since May 2022 in a bid to contain inflation.
The MPC is meeting in the backdrop of consumer price-based (CPI) inflation declining to an 18-month low of 4.7 per cent in April.
