Christine King Farris, the last living sibling of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., has died at 95. Her niece, the Rev. Bernice King, tweeted that her “beloved aunt” died on Thursday, reported Associated Press.

A 16-year-old girl was gang raped in Shahbad Dairy area in Delhi on 27th June. Three people have been arrested by police.
Delhi Police said that on the night of June 27, the victim was in the park with her friend during which three boys reached there, raped her and fled away. On receiving the complaint, the police registered an FIR and arrested the three accused. Further investigation underway.

Rahul Gandhi In Violence-Hit Manipur Today, To Meet Ethnic Strife Victims
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will meet the people, who were displaced by ethnic strife in Manipur, and hold talks with civil society organisations during his two-day visit to the northeastern state from Thursday, news agency PTI reported. This is the first visit of the Congress leader to Manipur since violence broke out on May 3.
"After reaching Imphal, Gandhi is scheduled to head to Churachandpur district where he will visit relief camps. He will then go to Moirang in Bishnupur district and interact with displaced persons," a senior Congress leader said on Wednesday. “On Friday, Gandhi will visit relief camps in Imphal and will later hold talks with certain civil society organisations," he said.
Talking about his visit, Congress general secretary KC Venugopal had earlier tweeted, “Manipur has been burning for nearly two months, and desperately needs a healing touch so that the society can move from conflict to peace. This is a humanitarian tragedy and it is our responsibility to be a force of love, not hate.”
Earlier, CM N Biren Singh had announced that his government will provide a one-time assistance of Rs 1000 to those living in relief camps.
Amit Shah To Address Rally In Bihar’s Lakhisarai Today
Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah will be arriving in the politically crucial state of Bihar and addressing a mega-rally at Lakhisarai in Munger Lok Sabha constituency, party officials said.
Shah, who last visited the state nearly three months ago, will be visiting Bihar for the first time since the meeting of opposition leaders in Patna, hosted by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar last week. "The honourable Home Minister will reach Patna tomorrow afternoon and take a helicopter for Lakhisarai. He will offer prayers at Ashok Dham, a famous shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva and goddess Parvati, before addressing a public meeting," state BJP president Samrat Choudhary told PTI. "All people of the state, in particular Munger Lok Sabha constituency under which Lakhisarai falls, are welcome to attend Shah's public meeting where he is likely to expound on the progress made by the country under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership," added the state BJP chief.
