The mission, named Flight Test Vehicle Abort Mission-1 (TV-D1), will demonstrate the crew escape system's functionality.
S. Somanath, Chairman of ISRO, clarified that this mission marks the commencement of a series of four planned test flights, news agency IANS reported. The crew escape system's primary purpose is to ensure the astronauts' safety in case of any issues with the rocket during their journey, enabling their safe return to Earth via a splashdown in the sea.
Nawaz Sharif Expected to Return to Pakistan Today
After four years of self-imposed exile in the United Kingdom and evading bail conditions set in 2020, Nawaz Sharif, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, is anticipated to return.
