The Delhi High Court in a recent order upheld that trademark 'VIAGRA' exclusively belongs to global pharmaceuticals giant Pfizer and imposed a cost of Rs 3 Lakhs on Renovision Exports Pvt Ltd for infringing upon Pfizer's trademark by selling a homeopathic drug under the name of 'VIGOURA'.
