The Supreme Court in a recent judgment while setting aside a Gujarat High Court verdict retirated that the poor shall not be priced out of the Justice market by insistence on court-fee. The top court in a detailed verdict on May 27, emphasised the importance of rights of persons who cannot pay court fees to sue. While dealing with a case of an accident victim who had sought an enhanced compensation, the top court held that a person who has been awarded monetary compensation by Motor Accident
