The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the Himachal Pradesh government on a petition filed by Adani Power Limited seeking a refund of Rs 280 crore from the state in connection with two hydropower projects in Kinnaur district.  This comes after Adani Power moved the top court against a Himachal Pradesh High Court verdict by a two-judge bench that overturned an earlier verdict by a single-judge bench of the high court.
