The Supreme Court on Wednesday (April 10) reversed its own order and held that grave injustice was carried out by its 2021 verdict which held that Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) was liable to pay Rs 8000 crores to Anil Ambani's firm Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL) over the dispute arising from Delhi Airport metro contract. Yesterday, the court held that Delhi Metro was not liable to pay the arbitral award to Anil Ambani's firm. The apex court reversed its own judgment
