Six months after being questioned for nine hours by the CBI in connection with the now-scrapped liquor policy, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had for summons by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing the money laundering angle, to appear before it on Thursday. However, the AAP convenor skipped the summons at the last moment, saying the notice was "illegal" and sent at BJP's behest to prevent him from campaigning ahead of the elections to five states.
