Bigg Boss 17 Highlights: Abhishek Breaks Down Into Tears After Fight With Isha
This New Year, stay tuned as we bring live updates from the Bigg Boss 17 house.
Amid all the drama, a verbal spat erupts between Munawar Faruqui and Arun Srikanth, who have often been on opposite sides of nearly every mudda. The shaayar finally drops his polite façade, clashing head-on with the gamer, pushing him to the brink of aggression. Arun, the smooth talker, unleashes a barrage of insults, turning the altercation into a full-blown screaming match. Will this fight make it to Salman Khan’s ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’?
A Bigg Boss 17 promo was released on Colours TV's official account just a few hours ago. Abhishek Kumar tells Isha Malviya in the start of the video, "Aaj pehli tarikh hain 2024 ki, mereko nahi ladhna hain." (I don't want to argue with you today since it's the first day of 2024.) Isha Malviya then says to Abhishek, "Tera ye drama main ek saal se dekh rahi hun." (I've been enjoying your drama for a full year.)
Pretending to capture Isha and Abhishek's quarrel, Samarth Juel, also known as Chintu, is spotted. "Iske chakkar mein apne aap ko barbad maat kar," adds Abhishek to him. (Don't destroy yourself for her). Isha and Samarth continue mocking Abhishek as he breaks down into tears in front of Vicky Jain.
As Bigg Boss announced the eviction of Anurag, Mannara was seen in tears. Anurag said, "Dhyaan rakhna sab, Mannara ka dhyaan rakhna, I love her like anything. Wo meri sabse acchi dost thi. Please usko dekh lena. I will miss you Mannara and baaki sab gharwale bhi”.
Mannara said, "I will miss you too Anurag", as she was shocked by his eviction.
Anurag Dobhal, Abhishek Kumar, and Ayesha Khan were brought into the activity area for a task post their nomination where they were required to wear bracelets that would provide them with a current once a housemate took their name. In order to determine who among Ayesha, Abhishek, and Anurag didn't deserve to be in the house, Bigg Boss summoned each competitor to enter the conference room individually. It was forbidden for captains and former captains to take part in the task.
While Arun Mashettey, Ankita Lokhande, Samarth Jurel, and Vicky Jain selected Anurag Dobhal's name for elimination, Mannara Chopra selected Abhishek Kumar's name. And so Anurag had to say goodbye to the show.
Rinku Dhawan, who recently got eliminated from ‘Bigg Boss 17’, has shared a cryptic post on her social media listing the unfair moments from this season of the television reality show.
She made a post saying that there have been four unfair evictions. She wrote: "1. Neil - Nominated for entire season by contestants for no reason. 2. Rinku - though it was her time to leave but again, she was nominated by cheating and the entire lot was nominated by a single contestant."
"3. Aishwarya - yahan to personal grudge nikala ek mandbudhdhi contestant ne. 4. Kon nikla hai dikh hi jayega. Unfair and Baised. Atleast fair hone ka naataak toh nahi kiya like last seasons," she added.
After walking out of the house of the reality show, Rinku spoke with the media about her experience in the show. While she heaped praise on Munawar Faruqui for playing his game "dil se", she slammed Mannara for not having any control over what she speaks during an argument.
Rinku, with a straight face, said: "I had a face off with Mannara twice during this season and they were because of her not having any control over what she speaks, and she doesn't realise what she is talking about. This is a flaw which I have told her about many times directly. It's a flaw and I do understand that it won't go away so easily."
She further mentioned: "Mannara is also a huge attention-seeker and believes in only one-sided friendships so, I think I had to call it off because that is not my perception of maintaining relationships."
Commenting on Munawar, Ayesha, and Mannara’s situation, Neil said, “I don’t think it was fair to drag Munawar’s personal life on national television, the equation between Munawar, Mannara, and Ayesha is between them. It is fairly complicated. Ayesha and Munawar have a certain history. I had even told Mannara on separate occasions that she had some unrealized feelings for Munawar, which she denied, and when Salman sir asked she accepted them. So their dynamic was pretty visible.”
Evicted Bigg Boss 17 contestant Rinku Dhwan said in an interaction with Indian Express shared that she had played with dignity and grace. She added, "I tried to be as real as I could be, it was literally like badal gaye hai din, badal gaye jazbaat."
About Munawar Faruqui's personal life being discussed, she said, "Nobody deserves such kind of a public trial, whether it is Munawar or anybody. We need to be sensitive. Calling out people publicly, and making trash comments is just not right. Munawar’s issue went overboard and was not required.”
Commenting on Mannara Chopra and Ayesha Khan, Rinku added, “Yes, Mannara is behind Munawar. I had told her on the show too that her friendship is only valid till all the boxes get ticked. The moment they don’t, you need to question that friendship. And this means it is one-sided. Ayesha has her own story, and Munawar is not denying it, so I cannot say if she has maligned him. But yes, she chose the wrong time and platform to get a sorry, she could have waited since both agreed that they were in no commitment. Munawar would have returned after the show with the trophy, she could have dealt with it even then.”
Ayesha Khan was rushed to the hospital after fainting in the 'Bigg Boss 17' house during the Weekend ka Vaar episode. In the latest promo, she is back in the house after a checkup.
After Ayesha Khan collapsed post a meltdown involving Salman Khan bashing both Ayesha and Munawar, Anurag Dhobal came to the former's rescue by taking care of her. When Anurag saw Munawar smiling with his friends, Anurag did not hesitate to expose him for his casual attitude in the whole fiasco.
Soon after, Anurag's gesture won him more fans on social media with many hailing his humane and empathetic attitude.
Rinku Dhawan, the senior-most contestant of the Bigg Boss house, got evicted on its 76th day. Soon after the elimination, Rinku spoke with DNA and shared, "Aisa Bigg Boss ki history mein pehli baar hua hoga ki kisi ko first-day se last day tak wohi love and respect mili ho. Main ek dushman bhi bana kar nahi gayi hoon. No one said, 'aacha hua chali gayi'."
Having said tha, Rinku also called her eviction unfair.
