Celebrity Priyanka Chopra has thrown her support behind her cousin Mannara, an actress, who has advanced to the top five of the contentious reality series 'Bigg Boss 17'.
Vicky Jain was recently kicked out of the 'Bigg Boss' mansion. The top five contestants for this season were subsequently revealed by Bigg Boss: Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Mannara Chopra, Abhishek Kumar, and Arun Mahshetty.
Priyanka posted a picture of her sister Mannara on Instagram Stories to show support for her.

Munawar Faruqui claimed on the most recent episode of Bigg Boss 17 that Mannara Chopra, a fellow participant, kissed him when dancing on Diwali night. His hand was on his cheeks, making a kissing gesture that indicated Mannara had kissed him. Munawar said that he had never disclosed this to anyone when Ankita questioned why she had not seen it.
"I got uncomfortable because I have always maintained a line. I don't want to say this to her because it will be awkward for her," Munawar said.
"When we were sitting on the sofa in the night, she mentioned two-three times 'Dance was nice' and asked me 'You had fun while dancing' so I said yes it was fun," Munawar continued.
Arun Mahshetty and Ankita Lokhande were seen talking about the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the most recent episode of Bigg Boss 17. Arun was spotted telling Ankita about Sushant's popularity in France.
Arun said, "I never spoke about Sushant bhai because you had a past with him and I thought it might hurt you. But just wanted to tell you that in my wife's country (France), Sushant bhai's news was everywhere translated into Arabic and French."
"Even people in their country cried and were sad when the news about him came out. They were feeling sad for him. They were sad ke ye kya hogaya bhai," he added.
Ankita replied, "Today is Sushant’s birthday."
Ankita Lokhande broke down post her husband Vicky Jain's elimination from the reality show. The couple was one of the highlights of the show. As Vicky left the show, Ankita broke down, hugged him and shared she was prud of him. She also said, " You played the game well. You came here with no string backing, following but made your place in the show. I am proud to be your wife. I can proudly say that I am Vicky Jain's wife Ankita Lokhande."
